Returns & Exchanges at Chaps Subzero
We hope you love your purchase, but if something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.
Returns

We offer a 14-day return period from the date you receive your item.

Items must be unworn, unused, with tags attached, and in their original, resealable condition, along with proof of purchase.

Returns should be brought in-store to 51 Market Street, Limavady, BT49 0AB.
Once we receive and inspect your return, your refund will be processed straight away. Funds usually appear back in your account immediately to within 3 working days, depending on your bank.
Exchanges
If you’d prefer an exchange, please email or call us, and we’ll be happy to arrange this for you.
Sale Items

Sale items cannot be refunded, but we’re happy to offer an exchange or credit note within 14 days.

Please note, this does not apply to seasonal promotions such as Black Friday or special event discounts, which your purchase can be returned within 14 days for a full refund.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please check your order when you receive it. If there’s any issue at all, contact us as soon as possible and we’ll make it right.
